Returns Policy

Mount Business Investment (Pty) Ltd, trading as Zayzii Inc (“Zayzii”, “we”, “us”, “our”), stands behind the quality of its products and will accept returns subject to the conditions set out below.

1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

Returns will be accepted provided that:

  • Zayzii Inc is notified within 30 (thirty) days of the customer receiving the goods

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or soiling

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is provided

All returns must be made to Mount Business Investment (Pty) Ltd t/a Zayzii Inc.

2. Defective or Faulty Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (South Africa), customers are entitled to return goods within 6 (six) months of delivery if the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • Zayzii Inc reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a replacement, repair, or refund

  • If the defect is confirmed, Zayzii Inc will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product as provided for under the Act

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or improper care does not constitute a manufacturing defect

3. Return Process

When requesting a return, customers must contact Zayzii Inc and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Supporting images or information where applicable

Returns submitted without prior communication may be refused.

4. In-Store Returns for Online Purchases

Products purchased online may be returned in-store at Zayzii Inc, provided that:

  • A valid proof of purchase is presented

  • All return conditions outlined in this policy are met

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zayzii Inc or a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • Where applicable, return shipping fees will be charged at the same rate as the original delivery

6. General Provisions

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed

  • Processing times may vary depending on inspection and courier timelines

  • Zayzii Inc reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
