Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Mount Business Investment (Pty) Ltd t/a Zayzii Inc website (“Zayzii Inc”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or purchasing any products online.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all online purchases made through this website. Use of and/or registration on the website constitutes acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Online Registration
Registration as a purchaser (at no charge) is mandatory in order to place an order. There is no obligation to purchase any products by registering on the website.
By registering and/or using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. During registration, certain personal information is required and will be collected, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Successful registration requires the creation of a username and password, which will be used to access shopping services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Mount Business Investment (Pty) Ltd t/a Zayzii Inc shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of a registered account.
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 (ten) minutes, subject to Internet Service Provider (ISP) response times. If the confirmation email is not received, please contact us at info@zayziinc.co.za.
Users are encouraged to change their passwords periodically to ensure account security. Registration details may be updated under My Account.
Products
Product images displayed on the website may vary slightly in colour due to differences in screen displays and technology. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, some images may be supplied by manufacturers and are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are subject to availability and delivery within South Africa only. Please refer to the Deliveries & Returns section for further information.
Prices displayed are valid at the time of viewing. Mount Business Investment (Pty) Ltd t/a Zayzii Inc reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice, subject to supplier availability and market conditions. Errors and omissions excepted.
In the event of an error relating to product description, pricing, colour, or availability, Zayzii Inc is not obliged to supply the affected product. Customers will be contacted where possible and may cancel the order, in which case an in-store credit for the full amount will be issued.
Stock availability cannot be guaranteed. Where items cannot be supplied, Zayzii Inc will attempt to contact the customer to offer alternatives or cancellation. If contact cannot be established, the customer agrees to accept delivery and payment for correctly supplied items.
Special promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to specific terms and availability. Where promotional terms differ from these Terms and Conditions, the promotional terms shall prevail.
Orders
All orders placed on the website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Zayzii Inc.
Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer containing order details and a reference number. Acceptance of the order and confirmation of delivery occur only once full payment has been successfully received.
Orders may be cancelled by contacting customer service before midnight on the day the order is placed.
Orders cancelled after this time will incur delivery charges, and an in-store credit will be issued for the product value.
If payment is reversed, cancelled, or deemed invalid for any reason, the customer remains liable for the full purchase price and any recovery costs incurred. Zayzii Inc reserves the right to cancel any sale or user registration in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance by the customer or their authorised representative.
Ownership of the products remains with Mount Business Investment (Pty) Ltd t/a Zayzii Inc until full payment has been received.
Payments
Payments may be made via credit card, EFT, or approved third-party payment providers.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Products will not be reserved unless prior arrangements are made and clearly stated under Special Instructions at checkout.
