Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping
A flat delivery fee of R172.50 applies to all products, excluding paper products and furniture, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Paper Products (A4 & A3 – Individual Reams)
Due to weight, packaging requirements, and courier pricing structures, paper products are shipped under a separate, custom shipping profile.
2.1 Pricing Structure
Shipping charges for paper products are calculated based on the total number of reams per order as follows:

Base shipping fee: R218.50 for up to 5 reams

An additional R46.00 is added for every additional block of 5 reams (or part thereof)

3. Combined Shipping Charges
Where an order contains products from multiple shipping categories, including but not limited to:

General products, and

Paper products
Shipping charges for each applicable shipping profile will be calculated separately and combined at checkout.
Customers acknowledge and accept that:

Shipping fees are not capped unless expressly stated

Shipping charges reflect aggregate handling, packaging, and courier costs for each product category
4. Furniture and Special-Handling Items
Furniture and other large or special-handling items may:

Carry separate delivery fees, or
-
Require custom courier quotations
Any such charges will be clearly communicated prior to order fulfilment.
5. General Provisions

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the contents of the cart.

All shipping costs are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

The company reserves the right to amend shipping rates or structures in line with courier pricing, fuel surcharges, or operational requirements, without prior notice.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
